The scientific journal "Bulletin of Toraighyrov University" has been published since 1997. Until 2001, it was published under the title "Scientific Notes of PSU". Until 2020, it was known as the "Bulletin of PSU". In 2020, in connection with the reorganization of the RSE at the S. Toraighyrov Pavlodar State University in the NAO Toraighyrov University, the scientific journal Bulletin of PSU was renamed the Bulletin of Toraighyrov University. The main thematic focus is the coverage of the results of scientific research.
